Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort offers a choice of restaurants that allows everyone to give free rein to their desire to discover new flavours at every meal.

The variety of choices offered the originality in the preparation of dishes, the finely balanced mix of tradition and modernism in the fusion of flavours, these are the watchwords of the food at Le Telfair.

Unique to Le Telfair is the interaction between the diners and the chef allowing guest to contribute ideas while he is creating dishes, in full view of everyone in a spectacular open kitchen.

Annabella's

The main restaurant Annabella's is the ideal place to meet in a convivial atmosphere inspired by 'the kitchen of the great house' of Bel Ombre, and the charm of being received by Annabella, the lady of the house, the wife of Charles Telfair.

Divided into four distinct spaces around an open kitchen, it has an exceptional view of the river and has a creative chic brasserie menu which is constantly renewed. Annabella's also has a large terrace.

Gin'ja

Set on a stretch of white sandy beach at the lagoon, this modern lifestyle restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Serving Pan Asian inspired cuisine with a relaxed beach style service for lunch and a more elegant and fine dining dinner experience.

Enjoy Gin'ja bar throughout the day or for a sundowner experience facing the beautiful lagoon and Citronniers river.

The little ones have not been forgotten. There is a special menu for children.

Le Château de Bel Ombre

A timeless port-of-call for true gourmets

Le Château de Bel Ombre is an enchanting and exceptional place.

Punctuated by large old trees overlooking a captivating French style garden, which spreads out as far as the

eye can see (with the Bel Ombre golf course below it), this historic house dating from the nineteenth century has been tastefully restored and has brought bygone days back to life again. Old-fashioned charm emanates from its antique furniture, beautiful panelling, high ceilings, majestic steps and veranda. Ideal for a romantic dinner in a fairyland of silky lights, or dreams of times gone by, Le Château de Bel Ombre exudes an atmosphere where dreams and romance reign supreme, an intimate ambience in which to enjoy the unique treasures of local Mauritian cuisine.

An infinite range of gourmet delights

To prolong their experience of culinary pleasures, guests of Heritage Le Telfair enjoy access to two other restaurants in our nearby hotel, the Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort.

In an entirely different atmosphere, which this time refers to the African origins of Mauritius, customers have the opportunity of dining at the 'Seven Colours Energy Cuisine', a unique culinary experience that involves all the senses or to have lunch or dinner at the "Infinity Blue" "toes in the sand" restaurant which has a Mediterranean menu and seafood specialities.

Located on the edge of the beach and beside the pool, this restaurant offers a light and varied cuisine throughout the day with dishes cooked over a wood fire or barbecues with Mediterranean influences... The perfect place to enjoy the sea without interruption. The place to eat in your swimsuit and sarong!

The Golf Club

Offering light meals throughout the day

Offering light meals throughout the day, the Club House is the perfect place to refuel after a round of golf or simply as a substitute to the beach! The menu offers a choice of sandwiches, salads and Mauritian dishes supplemented by a choice of wines served on a terrace looking out over the golf course.

Located on the beachfront, adjacent to the Heritage Le Telfair, the C Beach Club brings together tropical accents and cool chic relaxation day and night. This C beach club includes two restaurants, a bar, a swimming pool, a kids and teens area.

CYAN: Mediterranean cuisine including tapas, mezze and antipasti
COAST: Light cuisine of grills, pizzas and grilled vegetables, barefoot in the sand
CHILL BAR: The place to let your hair down for intoxicating tropical moments to the sound of lounge music
COOL TEENS CLUB: Exclusive space for the youngsters (12-18 years old), with Wi-Fi and multimedia areas, Wii games consoles, pool table.

Cavendish bar & Lounge

The name "Cavendish" refers to a type of banana imported to Mauritius by Charles Telfair.

It is in this bar before or after dinner that those in the know relax in comfortable armchairs enjoying a

cocktail, liqueur or the best cigars. For whiskey connoisseurs, a menu of 100 "single malts" exceeds the most demanding expectations.

Live music accompanies these pleasant moments.

As for the décor, the "English smoking room" atmosphere of colonial times is enhanced by beautiful coffered ceilings decorated with the arms of personalities who stayed at Bel Ombre.

A unique dining experience

Residents of Heritage Le Telfair benefit from another dining experience thanks to privileged access to 2 other restaurants at our neighbouring resort, Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort: the Seven Colours Energy Cuisine and the Infinity Blue.

As from the 1st of December 2010, the new C Beach Club was opened with two new restaurants, a swimming pool, a kids and teens club for guests of Heritage Resorts and Villas Valriche !
